Spring Honey Flight 2026

Harvested this spring from three separate hives, this flight brings together three single-hive jars from the same landscape and season. These honeys showcase the remarkable diversity that exists within a single apiary. While the bees shared the same season and landscape, each colony crafted a honey with its own distinct flavor profile. Unlike commercial honey, I never blend honey from different hives. Every jar is kept separate from hive to jar, preserving what I consider a true single-origin expression of the bees, the forage, and the season.
